FAQ
Can I start any time of the year?
Yes! You can start anytime. Your contract begins on the date of your first booked session and continues until your chosen term is complete. It's flexible to fit your schedule and your brand needs.
What do I wear?
My favourite part, the wardrobe!! Your sessions come complete with my guidance on clothing that suits your brand, and suits you! In depth closet consultations available -- and hair + makeup can be arranged!
Where are you based and do you travel?
My studio is located in Pitt Meadows, I do travel and will have some sessions at other locations. Please inquire for more details regarding location. I am flexible and love new spaces to shoot in, it breeds new and creative ideas!
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a maximum of 2 weeks. Some packages include all images, in that case you will receive a download PIN in cases where it includes a few images, you will choose the images you would like, there is always an option to upgrade your gallery if you are on the monthly subscription.
What if I miss one of the sessions?
Life happens—I get it! If you need to skip a month, we can roll that session over to the next, as long as it’s within your contract term. If you need to skip a month, I allow one rollover per year. You can tack it onto the end of your subscription or double up in another month. And if the set session dates don’t work for you, we’ll figure out the details together—I’m here to make it work for you and your brand.
